Shipping Policy for Life is Rosie LLC


Life is Rosie LLC is committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services for our customers. This policy covers both standard and presale item shipments for orders placed through our website or authorized platforms. All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Georgia, USA.

Shipping Methods

We offer the following standard shipping options for both standard and presale items:

  • UPS Ground: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.

  • USPS Ground: Estimated delivery within 3-8 business days, depending on the destination.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays. Life is Rosie LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Standard Item Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EDT may be processed the following business day.

  • Shipping Costs: Costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order.

  • Delivery Locations:

    • We ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states, Washington, D.C., and U.S. territories.

    • UPS Ground shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes. USPS Ground shipments can be delivered to P.O. boxes.

    • International shipping is not available at this time.

Presale Item Shipping

  • Availability: Presale items are not in stock at the time of purchase but are expected to be available and ready to ship on or before November 15, 2025.

  • Processing Time: Presale orders will be processed and shipped as soon as the items are in stock, no later than November 15, 2025.

  • Shipping Costs: Costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination, consistent with standard shipping rates.

  • Delivery Locations:

    • Presale items ship to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states, Washington, D.C., and U.S. territories.

    • UPS Ground shipments cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes. USPS Ground shipments can be delivered to P.O. boxes.

    • International shipping is not available for presale items.

Order Tracking

  • For both standard and presale items, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions to monitor your package’s progress once the order has shipped.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team at MRogers@lifeisrosie.co within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our return policy.
