Rosie Finds Her Shine

Rosie the Reindeer

Just happens to be the little sister of the “Most famous reindeer of all”.
She lacks the shiny red nose that her brother is known for & even lacks the desire to pull Santa’s sleigh. Rosie learns through a journey of following her own path, that she actually embodies more shine than she thought!

Rosie will steal your hearts and make her way into your families holiday traditions in no time!

Megan Rogers

Megan is a newly retired dance teacher & studio owner of thirteen years. She grew up dancing, cheering, and acting her entire life.

Megan has made dance appearances with Taylor Swift, Rascal Flatts, Black Eyed Peas, and Robin Thicke, as well as danced with the Atlanta Falcons.

Megan has always enjoyed writing and performing.

After becoming a mom, Megan decided it was time to retire from full time performance directing and spend more time at home.

Rosie is Megan’s first self published work and is derived from a show her dance studio performed eleven years ago.

Megan’s book holds so much significant meaning as her first book is dedicated to her late mother, Amy.

Megan has a wonderful husband, two daughters, and a baby boy on the way! She is still active in the dance choreography world but has future plans to turn Rosie the Reindeer into a series!

Megan Wilson

I’m Megan Wilson. I’ve had the privilege to connect with Megan Rogers recently through a dear friend to come alongside this adventure and bring Rosie the Reindeer to life.

I love when unexpected connections happen when you simply start a conversation.

My husband, four kids and our dog just moved into a shop we built from the ground up in a small rural community outside of St. Louis, MO. We plan to build our home but that’s a story for another day.

Although I have an art education degree, my journey has taken me several different directions that hasn’t landed in the traditional classroom setting. As a freelance artist and illustrator, I’ve had the opportunity to create custom art, illustrations and logos that can be found in homes and businesses across the world. I always welcome a creative challenge that may tap into several mediums but in recent years, I have spent more time with watercolor and digital hand drawing with the hope that my art and illustrations bring joy and encouragement.

You’ll find my name tied to illustrator in “Chester the Cat”, “Stand Fearless Devotional”, “Tenacious Grace”, and “The Never-Ending Joys of Parenting Adopting and Fostering Kids”.

So excited to see this project come to life starting only from a thought by Megan that led to the words creating a script to now a book that will be able to be picked up and shared with sweet loved ones.

If I had the opportunity to meet you, I’d love to sit with a cup of coffee and hear your story and how God has created you!
